SHIPPING INFO To best serve you, Tape Pros will ship your products via FedEx or UPS. Ground and/or 2-day service is available. Same-Day Shipping All in-stock orders placed before 3:00 pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday ship that SAME DAY. Delivery Times Generally, most orders will arrive within the timeframes cited below: - FedEx Standard Overnight 1 business day - FedEx 2-Day Up to 2 business days - FedEx Ground Up to 5 business days - UPS Ground Up to 5 business days Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include holidays. Please also note that that delivery times are our best estimates and may be affected by weather and other unexpected events. Costs We charge actual shipping costs only. These depend on the weight of your order, your address, and the selected shipping method. Actual charges will be available during Checkout. Backorders We strive to have all items in stock. However, there may be times when an item you ordered is on backorder. If your order does contain a backordered item, we will not ship your order until all items are in stock. Unless notified separately, most backordered items are expected in stock within 5 business days. If an item you ordered is on backorder, a Tape Pros representative will notify you within 24 hours. Signature Upon Delivery For your protection, orders that ship via FedEx or UPS may require a signature upon delivery. Both companies employ a "drivers' discretion" policy as to requiring a signature. FedEx and UPS will make three (3) delivery attempts before returning the package to Tape Pros. Package Tracking Numbers / Delivery Confirmation Once your order ships, we will send you a Shipment Notification via email that evening. This notice will include the tracking or delivery confirmation number of your package and a link directing you to the carrier's web site. Please allow up to one (1) business day for your tracking number to be uploaded into the carrier’s system. International Orders Tape Pros only ships to the US, and its territories. P.O. Box, U.S. Territories, and Military / Diplo Addresses UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to these addresses. |
